Become an exhibitor at the most charming Christmas market in the Netherlands
The Leidse Kerstmarkt is open to vendors whose offerings fit the market’s festive, wintery atmosphere. We aim to provide visitors with a diverse selection of products, food, and concepts.
There are several wooden chalets available for rent, space for a number of food trucks, and additional market stalls are set up on weekends. All information regarding participation, such as prices and types of chalets, can be found in the brochure.

Your registration for the Christmas market is not final until we have received the signed registration form and the €100 deposit has been paid upon receipt of the invoice. You will receive the invoice for the remaining balance in early November. This must be paid in full before the event begins.
It is not necessary to apply for a loading and unloading permit.
It is not possible to park your car at the market grounds. We will provide discounted parking passes so you can park your car at the designated parking lot.
Leiden has environmental zones in place for delivery vans. If your vehicle is not permitted to enter the environmental zone, you can easily apply for an exemption. You can park on Haagweg without an exemption, as it is located outside the environmental zone.
De inschrijving voor de kerstmarkt is pas definitief zodra wij het ondertekende inschrijfformulier retour hebben ontvangen en de aanbetaling van €100 is voldaan na ontvangst van de factuur. De factuur voor het resterende bedrag ontvangt u begin november. Deze dient volledig te zijn betaald vóór aanvang van het evenement.
Het is niet nodig om een laad- en losvergunning aan te vragen.
Het is niet mogelijk om de auto bij het marktterein te parkeren. Wij zorgen voor parkeerkaarten met korting zodat je jouw auto op het aangegeven parkeerterrein kunt plaatsen.
In Leiden zijn er milieizones actief voor bestelwagens. Mocht jouw auto niet de milieuzone in kunnen dan kan er gemakkelijk een ontheffing worden aangevraagd. Parkeren op de Haagweg kan zonder ontheffing want dit ligt buiten de milieuzone.
